Admissions Process

Stage 1: Application

Stage 2: Documentation

  • Attached the following documents
  • Photocopy of all academic diplomas or academic certificates obtained.
  • International Baccalaureate of minimum 30 points. 3 A-levels/High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 passport photo. (soft copy is perfect)
  • Photocopy of valid passport & residence permit / visa copy.
  • Resume/C.V.
  • Introduction letter providing reasons for wishing to study in the desired program at GBS (Transfer credits request should also be included in this letter, if applicable)
  • Work Experience Letter / Certificate
  • Photocopy of all academic diplomas or academic certificates obtained.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field (plus 2 years work experience for MBA). Non certificate holders need to appear for mandatory Equivalency examination for an additional payment of AED 3000/- payable a fortnight before the exam date.
  • 2 passport photo. (soft copy is perfect)
  • Photocopy of valid passport & residence permit / visa copy.
  • Resume/C.V.
  • Introduction letter providing reasons for wishing to study in the desired program at GBS (Transfer credits request should also be included in this letter, if applicable)

Stage 3: Payment

  • Make the AED 2500 payment for the Application Fee by visiting any of our institutions / offices in UAE or make bank deposit or transfer the funds as given below and do not forget mail us the deposit slip for confirmation. Contact us if you experience any difficulties at this stage.

Stage 4: Assessment

  • On receipt of the full application folder including ALL documents and the fee, your file will be assessed by the Admissions Department and a reply will be issued via email to the address provided in the app. form. A typical reply will be sent by GBS within 5 full working days.

Stage 5: Acceptance

  • If successful, you will receive an Acceptance Letter containing all of the registration dates and the course start dates. A refusal letter will be issued if you are unsuccessful within the same time-frame.
  • Once the payment instructions have been respected, when funds are received by GBS and its affiliates, a final email containing an Electronic Admission Letter with receipts and other documents are sent to you within 3 working days after the funds have been received.
